I regularly monitor my progress to know whether I am on track and to evaluate my efforts. There is more to checking your weight regularly though – it can yield a lot of insight into your behaviours, and their effects on your weight. I know, for instance, that Christmas and birthdays spell trouble – they are the spikes you can see in the weight!
Lockdown has been good for me!
Despite the fact that I am hardly moving, the lockdown has been pretty good for me. I have lost over 10 kilos in the last few months, and dropped below 100 kilos for the first time in years, mainly through not travelling, and eating very carefully whilst at home.
It will be interesting to see what comes once we go back into normal life!
